Lea McGowan has served as our organist for more than 30 years. She began playing the organ and piano for church and accompanied the school chorus while in middle school. Formal piano and organ training began with her church organist while Lea was in seventh grade. Organ classes were with Gordon Dixon at Santa Rosa Junior College, Santa Rosa, California.

In additiion, Lea is serving as Chime Choir and Adult Choir director.  Lea concurrently serves as organist for St. John Lutheran Church, our Joint Venture/Duet Ministry partner. In addition to Sunday worship services, Lea plays for weddings, memorial services and seasonal services at the church. She is married and has two sons and daughters-in-law, one grandson and three granddaughters.
